“Terrorist organizations used by the US are likely behind the attack in Moscow”

“Terrorist organizations used by the US are likely behind the attack in Moscow”

UWI author political scientist Onur Sinan Güzaltan was guest to Russia Today. Güzaltan answered the questions and shared his views on the broadcast about the attack in Moscow.

Turkish political scientist Onur Sinan Güzaltan, very well welcome sir, thank you for joining us.

We see reports that four of the terrorism suspects were reportedly trained in Türkiye for two months before the attack. One of the suspects is apparently confessing that he arrived in Russia from Türkiye. Do you give any credibility to that?

First, I’d like to express my condolences to the Russian people after the barbaric terror attack.

We know about these terrorists from the press that one of them has been in Türkiye for a while. Secondly, Idlib and other parts of northern Syria became a big “living space” for terrorist groups. The US is using these terrorist groups like ISIS, El Qaeda, El Nusra, PKK/YPG. So, I think the attackers could have some relations with this region.

The definitive solution to this problem of terrorism is Türkiye and Russia’s joint military operation in this region, which is now under the control of terrorist groups used by the US.

I am going to have you say that one more time, because what you just said flies in the face of the mainstream media, particularly the Western media. You just said the US is using these terrorist groups. Could you just briefly expand on that a little bit? All the mainstream Western media is calling us, the Russia Today, “conspiracy theorists” and “biased narratives”.

Not me, but the former US president Donald Trump openly said the ISIS is creation of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. The US is also providing arms to the separatist terrorist group in the north of Syria, PKK/YPG. There is no difference between PKK/YPG and ISIS, both are terrorist organizations. And I am saying again: All these are tools of the US. Now we unfortunately witnessed another attack carried by these groups in Moscow.

Frankly, thank you for saying this. It is so nice to have someone who don’t push the narrative but tell the truth. Turkish authorities have detained forty people in a recent anti-ISIS operation. Could you give more details on that?

ISIS is also a huge threat for Türkiye. ISIS carried many terrorist attacks in Turkish soil, including Istanbul and Ankara, and many Turkish citizens lost their lives in those attacks. So as a Turkish citizen, I can completely understand the reaction of the Russian people and state. We should not forget that these organizations are nothing but the puppets of the US.

It is not the first time that Turkish authorities carrying operation against ISIS and the other terrorist groups. Such operations would go on.

I want to emphasize one more time: The definitive solution to eliminate all these puppets of the US is joint military operation of Turkish and Russian forces in the north of Syria.

Internet entrepreneur and political activist Kim Dotcom pointed out that Western media outlets are suggesting that Russia itself is to blame for this terrorist attack in Moscow and for sabotage of Nord Stream Pipelines And for the drone on Kremlin. Why are they saying all this?

It is also a media war against Russia. We know that also in Türkiye as the Western media is using this kind of manipulation tactics against Türkiye.

Your remarks were quite refreshing. I appreciate you joining us.

Thank you.
