Prediction of our President Erdoğan
When Israel attacked Lebanon, President Tayyip Erdoğan predicted that the next target would be Syria and then Türkiye (October 1, 2024, speech at the opening of the new parliamentary term). This prediction was soon confirmed. Now Israel, with its PKK/PYD puppet state, has reached Türkiye’s borders.
Moreover, Israel has occupied Syria’s highest mountain, Jabal Sheikh (Mount Hermon), the Golan Heights and Quneitra with its own troops.
Israeli and US navies are in the Eastern Mediterranean.
The US has established bases on the Aegean coast of Greece, with barrels pointing towards Türkiye.
Syria is now the frontline of Türkiye’s security and territorial integrity
We are not looking at what is happening in Damascus, Jabal Sheikh, the Golan Heights, Quneitra, Homs, Hama, Aleppo and Latakia from across oceans and behind mountain ranges.
All our citizens who are sane now see it: What is happening on the ground in Syria concerns the future of Türkiye as much as what is happening in Diyarbakir, Urfa, Van, Antalya, Samsun, Yozgat, Istanbul and Trabzon.
Syria is now the front line of Türkiye’s security, territorial integrity and the Production Revolution.
Biden and Netanyahu declare that they have divided Syria
Immediately after the Tahrir al-Sham armed forces entered Damascus, US President Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu announced to the world that they had carried out the operation to overthrow the government of Bashar al-Assad and partition of Syria.
More importantly, the Israeli army entered Syrian territory and destroyed Syrian military installations, leaving Syria without a government and without an army. The US fleets, on the other hand, have bombed 75 different locations in Syria, protecting and paving the way for the PKK/PYD terrorists, which it has declared as its “Ground Force”.
Tahrir al-Sham administration in Damascus
In Damascus, the government is now in the hands of Tahrir al-Sham. Mohammed al-Bashir, the prime minister of Idlib, has been installed as prime minister in Damascus.
While Israeli troops have entered Syrian territory, Tahrir al-Sham armed forces have turned their backs on Israel.
We had explained to our leaders and the public that Tahrir al-Sham would turn its back on Türkiye if they seized power. Tahrir al-Sham is no longer under Ankara’s control.
Collapsed walls of shame
All the media controlled by US imperialism and Israel have broken their walls of shame for the sake of polishing Tahrir al-Sham. We call out to those who celebrate the disintegration of Syria with them:
- Put on your cymbals, Israel has captured the Golan Heights and Mount Hermon.
- Blow your tambourines, Israel is encircling Palestine, this time from the North too.
- Raise your glasses to the victory of Netanyahu and Biden.
The US’ strategic goal: a puppet Kurdistan (second Israel)
Today, in the Syrian scene, the US armed forces are protecting the PKK/PYD.
Let us emphasize once again: The sole objective of the US in the partition of Syria is to establish a federated or autonomous Kurdish state, just like in Iraq.
The strategic goal of the Washington administration in West Asia is to establish the Second Israeli State under the name of Kurdistan.
In order to achieve this goal, the United States
- Since 1991 and 2003, when the United States attacked Iraq, they have been pursuing this goal. First, they divided Iraq and established the Kurdistan Autonomous Region in the north.
- In the north of Iraq, which the US separated, it opened space and provided weapons to the PKK terrorist organization.
- In 2011, they plotted a civil war in Syria and at the end of this war that lasted 13 years, they divided Syria and established the PKK/PYD Terrorist State.
- Now their target is Diyarbakir. Because without the Kurds of Türkiye, there can be no “Kurdistan”.
The strategic pawn of the US: PKK/PYD
In the US strategy, the state of “Kurdistan” cannot last and cannot be governed without the PKK. Because the Kurds of Türkiye are the most advanced, organized and warlike of the Kurds in military, social, cultural and organizational terms.
Therefore, the PKK is a strategic pawn of the US.
As US administrators have stated, the PKK/PYD is the US Land Force.
PKK’s strategic overlords: US and Israel
The PKK’s strategic overlords are the United States and Israel.
This is because the so-called “Kurdistan” plan targets four important countries: Türkiye, Iran, Iraq and Syria. In order to bring these countries to their knees, resorting to the power of the US and Israel is not a choice, but a necessity.
Current politics of Vatan Party
- The Turkish Armed Forces and the forces they lead must immediately take advantage of the circumstances that have emerged today and clear the PKK and YPG from Syrian and Iraqi territory.
- Türkiye must use all possibilities to ensure the territorial integrity and political unity of its neighbor Syria. Autonomy and federation in Syria are the plans of the US and Israel. Fictions such as “Turkmeneli” are bait to implement this plan. The same plan was hatched in Iraq, and we are seeing the results.
- Our neighbor Syria must be supported to preserve the gains of Enlightenment and Tolerance.
- It is a security duty for Türkiye to mobilize the solidarity of all countries in the region against the siege of Palestine, this time through Syria.
- The Syrian people should be supported to determine their own government through free and democratic elections in an environment free from foreign interference.
- Türkiye, together with its neighbors Russia, Iran, Iraq, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine and other countries of the region, must fulfill all its neighborly and fraternal duties to ensure the success of the Syrian people’s struggle to liberate themselves from the US and Israeli occupation and to establish an independent, sovereign, territorially and politically united and free Syria.
