February 11, 1979, is known as one of the unique moments in human history. The victory of Islamic Revolution in Iran not only overthrew the cruel monarchic regime, but also cut off the hand of global imperialism in Iran, spearheaded by the United States. The Islamic Revolution and subsequent establishment of the Islamic Republic brought about major changes in regional and international developments.
The Islamic Revolution has been like a small sapling which has gradually morphed into a sturdy tree over the past 40 years, and is still growing.
The Islamic Republic of Iran’s model of confrontation with imperialism has challenged the US and the Zionist regime in the region and across the entire world to such a degree that Iran’s strategic influence has become the US and the Zionist regime’s biggest concern.
Such strategic influence results from the nature of the Islamic Revolution, which attracts oppressed nations around the world. The Revolution has a popular essence and emanates from human nature itself, standing in stark opposition to cruelty, aggression and homicide.
The Islamic Revolution upset the balance of power between the West and the East. First we witnessed the breakup of the Eastern Bloc and the Soviet Union, as Imam Khomeini had predicted. In the present era, the Leader of the Revolution has promised the decline and defeat of US might.

In spite of all military, political and economic American investments and the soft-power warfare that it has waged in the region, US President Donald Trump has essentially conceded defeat and admits that the US has failed to carry out its plans in the region. The Islamic Revolution offered a new interpretation suitable for the needs of the Islamic communities and the Arabic atmosphere, presented a new discourse and continues to overcome Western arrogance, even deep within Europe.
Before the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the issue of Palestine was fading into oblivion, but the Revolution changed the equation and the issue of Palestine was revived. The recent plan, known as “Deal of the Century,” which is essentially a plan to wipe out and destroy Palestine, is the result of the fact that the issue of Palestine and the Palestinian people’s resistance has received widespread attention.
The West and Zionism have attempted to tarnish the image of Islam in the eyes of Westerners with the terrorist activities of ISIS, al-Qaeda and the al-Nusra Front, but the Islamic Revolution’s culture and discourse still prevails. Most of the oppressed and persecuted nations are attracted to the Revolution after hearing its message.
The enemy’s media propaganda campaign is still working relentlessly against the Islamic Revolution and the ideology of pure Islam. But since the logic of the Islamic Revolution comes from nature and wisdom, its logic is spreading all the same. This logic, together with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s defensive and security might and deterrence, has turned into a nightmare for the devils of the universe.
